General Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. These general conditions govern the booking, purchase, modification and cancellation procedures for the services offered by Filippesca.com through the website www.filippesca.com .

  2. Bookings for services are made exclusively online through the website www.filippesca.com and/or by notifying the operator of a booking request. The customer will receive confirmation of the booking via email to the address provided during the purchase process. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the aforementioned email.

  3. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other methods available at the time of booking. The full balance is due upon booking confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

  4. Guests are required to arrive at the time and place indicated in the booking confirmation. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is subject to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, Filippesca.com cannot guarantee the service will be available, and no refunds will be provided.

  5. By making a reservation, the guest accepts all the rules of conduct and use of the property’s common and private spaces: smoking is prohibited inside the property.

  1. For hygiene reasons and out of respect for all guests, pets are not allowed.
  2. It is mandatory to follow all instructions relating to the use of systems, electrical and fire-fighting devices, as well as the equipment made available.
  3. At the time of booking, a fee ranging from €300 to €600 may be required for earlier check in or late check out this is payable only by way of transparent transaction.This is to be paid within 24 hours from the time of booking.
  4. At the time of booking an “accidental damage fee” ranging from €500 to €3000 depending on the length of the stay may be required. This would cover any accidental damage to the property such as floor scratches, ruined antique furnishings ceramics, odors of smoke, or unclean or trash present at checkout etc etc. The reasons is that the home is furnished with plenty of antiques and handmade floors and ceramics.This is payable only by way of transparent transaction. This fee is applied to each guest.It is a non-refundable fee. It is to be paid within 24 hours from the time of booking.
  5. A security damage deposit may be required, payable via direct bank transfer or PayPal, for an amount ranging from a minimum of €500 to €3,000 depending on the length of stay. This is payable only by way of transparent transaction. This deposit may be withheld, even partially, in the following cases: damage to the property or furnishings, odors of smoke, late checkout, or unclean or trash present at checkout. The deposit may also be withheld in the event of a no-show as a guarantee for payment of the reservation, or for defamatory comments posted on any social media. Please note that the host reserves the right to withhold the deposit without having to provide justification in any circumstance and case as defined above. The deposit is per each guest and it is refundable. It is to be paid within 24 hours from the time of booking.
  6. Filippesca.com is committed to providing the booked services with the utmost professionalism. However, it cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from unforeseen events, delays, cancellations, or negligent behavior of participants.
  7. Reservations made on this site are non-refundable and unpaid deposit and /or any additional fee will result in the cancellation  of the reservation with retention of the sums paid . In any case we are always available upon our discretion to dates change.
  8. Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy available on the website.
  9. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where the organization owning the service is based, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
